A Day to Come Home to Yourself

A private immersion with Anne Bérubé

At the Inlet Farmhouse, Martins Brook, near Lunenburg, Nova Scotia

Sometimes, you can feel that something in your life is asking for your attention.

A familiar pattern keeps returning. A relationship is changing. The work that once inspired you no longer feels the same. Perhaps your children have left home, you are moving through a loss, or you sense that a new chapter is beginning before you can find words for it.

You may have spent a long time thinking about what to do next. And still, something within you is asking for more time, more space, a chance to listen deeply.

This private immersion is an invitation to spend a full day with yourself, with the land, and with my undivided attention.

Together, we make room for what is unfolding in your life and explore what becomes possible when you can hear yourself more clearly.

A whole day to listen

In my work with people over the years, I have come to appreciate how much can emerge when there is time to stay with an experience.

We can follow the thread of a feeling. Notice what happens in the body as we speak about a difficult decision. Give an insight time to settle, then return to it and discover what else it holds.

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the day is held entirely for you.

We will have time to go deeply into our work together, with room for conversation, embodied practice, quiet reflection, and being outside. There is space to rest between sessions and notice what is changing, then come back together to explore what you are discovering.

If you are travelling to be here, this full-day format gives us time to settle into the work and bring it to a thoughtful close.

What brings you here?

You are welcome to arrive with a particular question, or with a feeling you don’t yet understand.

This experience may speak to you if you are:

  • Moving through a transition in your relationships, family, work, or sense of identity.

  • Meeting an emotional pattern that feels ready for deeper attention.

  • Longing to trust your own knowing as you make an important decision.

  • Feeling a creative or spiritual calling and wondering how to give it expression.

  • Carrying responsibility for others and needing space to reconnect with yourself.

  • Wanting to deepen and integrate work you have already begun.

You do not need to have worked with me before. Before booking, I will invite you to share a little about yourself and what you would like to explore, so we can make sure the immersion is suited to your needs.

How the day unfolds

We begin at 9 a.m. with tea and an opening conversation, taking time to arrive and listen. The morning gives us space to explore what is asking for attention and begin our work together.

Our sessions may include deep conversation, breath, sound, embodied emotional awareness, spiritual inquiry, and practices drawn from my work in process transformation and Lemurian Huna. We will talk about what feels appropriate and welcome to you.

We pause for lunch, with time afterward for reflection, rest, or being on the land. Depending on what supports you, we might walk together, explore a guided practice outside, or leave you some quiet time to yourself.

In the afternoon, we return to our private work. Often, this is an opportunity to follow something that surfaced earlier, deepen an understanding, or explore how a new awareness feels in your body.

We devote the final part of the day to gathering what has emerged and considering how to support it in your everyday life. We close at 5 p.m.

The rhythm remains flexible, with breaks throughout. Your pace, your boundaries, and your own inner knowing are part of how we work together.

Held by the land

The Inlet Farmhouse sits on 27 acres of old-growth forest and pasture near Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, overlooking Prince’s Inlet.

It is a place of open fields, forest paths, old trees, and changing light. The restored farmhouse offers a warm, comfortable space to settle, while the land invites a different quality of attention.

I have found that being here helps me hear things I can easily miss in the busyness of life. A walk, a few quiet moments among the trees, the feeling of the earth beneath my feet...all can become part of the conversation.

I look forward to sharing this place with you.

The immersion includes

  • 4 guided sessions with Anne
  • shamanic journeying + energetic practices
  • chants, healing symbols, and sacred transmissions
  • Rest, integration, and nervous system regulation

This is a space where depth is welcomed…and where your body can move at the pace it needs.
