What Are Lemurian Light Codes and How to Activate Them
I am on a constant path of growth. I’ve known this about myself since I was a teenager: if I stay stagnant, if I accept the status quo for too long, I begin to feel restless. Anxiety rises, unhappiness sets in, and I sense I’m not living into my potential.
I write my books and teach my courses always from the edge of my own evolution—at the threshold where the “more” of who I am is waiting to emerge. I follow the breadcrumbs life places before me, like an artist, as intuition leads me deeper.
I live this way for myself first, because it is the only way I know that feels real. It makes me feel alive, it allows me to touch life deeply, and it fills me with reward. This way of living brings me emotional freedom, fulfillment, and coherence of energy that keeps my body healthy and vibrant.
And then, I live this way for others. Out of service. Out of a natural desire to share what I’ve learned and what has transformed me.
The Lemurian Light Codes
Connecting with my Lemurian Light Codes has been one of the most life-changing experiences of all.
These codes are dormant cells in your body—most of them in your bones—that have been with you through every incarnation since your first time on Earth during the Lemurian era, some 40,000 years ago. They vibrate higher than your other cells but cannot fully express until your vibration rises through healing, intention, meditation, shamanic practices, and radical present-moment awareness.
They wait patiently, latent, until you are ready.
When your light codes awaken, they change your body through expansion and accelerate your evolution. You begin to embody more of your Lemurian body—a body of light, of pure love, in conscious and direct connection with Source.
The philosophy and practices of Lemurian Huna, a shamanic path from Kauai passed down through my teacher, Laura Kealoha Yardley, are the doorway to these codes. Through this lineage, I have connected with four elemental codes: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.

How to connect with your light codes
To connect with your Lemurian Light Codes, you must be open to sensitivity and willing to enter your inner world. If you live only in your head, the codes will still call—but you will need to descend into your body, feel your heart, and listen.
The light codes ask you to connect intimately with the subtle movements of energy and information flowing through you. This is a process of truly knowing yourself.
